    I fully believe so, such a significant shift over the last couple of months with the Vale, Brazil situation. CAP are putting in place proven Senior Management who already have runs on the board (eg: Jon Parker). There will be demand for higher grade ores in my opinion, I just think it's not IF but WHEN.
