It may be a special distribution or spread over the next 4 quarterly distributions.
It may also be used for further investments or pay off some liabilities, which will improve the NTA and (hopefully) appreciate the SP.
Either way, it's good news! I also like that we are now pure office REIT. I trust that compared to retail and residential REITs, office and industrial ones are more defensive during the looming recession.
