Great to see the below statement in the above ann't :-
13 Ferndell Street’s divestment for $24.2 million represents a 17.0% premium to the asset’s last book value.
But how does this benefit unitholders ? Do we get a special one-off dpu in the coming 2019 payouts ? Or what else ? Besides positioning CMA as a pure-play Office REIT,....
