Hills has wanted out of the failed Hills Health Portfolio for a while now. Its been a basket case ever since they got into it.
Yes they brag about a contract they win here and there but in the overall market they have performed badly and the other nurse call providers have had a field day at there expense.
They couldn't sell there poorly acquired technology because anyone in they know knows its rubbish.
So they do the next best thing give it to someone else and try and put a positive spin on it.
