That's smart, then one of your major shareholders would have over 5% and can't sell a share without a 3b. Now Mr weir can sell when he wants, further putting pressure on the share price. Selling pressure is already high with Frank wanting to sell out his large holding. The company gave him 50k not to do so. That's a massive warning sign just there. Empty the company of cash, frank selling, major shareholder under 5%, that could sell, loss making on revenues of 74m. Read it again 74m and they can't make a profit. And your happy not to issue shares. Wow

Fair enough if you're chasing short term gain. The thing is - i'm a looonnnnggg term holder. Not worried about the share price. I just want to see them deliver EPS - then the price will look after it self.
