Phoenix I am not by my computer now. From memory I did a calculation based on 1.5c div x 2x shares on issue =$5m Take $5m from Fy18 npat of around $10m =$5 to pay down consideration liability. In other words keep this yrs div payout ratio lower, keep the money This is from memory, as said not in front of my computer
