'RXP currently has $15million of deferred consideration liabilities'. This refers to the 'Works' acquisition made last August. $15m is a substantial impost... but it will only be paid if the acquisition is meeting the minimum criterium and achieving targets. Hence, better to pay and know The Works is meeting objectives. Thank God shares were issued at 80.5c to cover the majority of purchase price.
CEO has had 3 strikes and lucky to keep his head. One more downgrade and it's off to the chopping block. With so much at stake, i expect his forecast for yr ahead to hold up.
