Geez Crazy...if you want to study false advertising get out and about and look at the tobacco and alcohol industry participants. Want to know the impact of just a mere word...then look at the American ciggie companies of the sixties when they added the word "toasted' to their tobacco and suddenly everyone thought it was safer! Caveat emptor, Buyer beware!

The class action can only have remedial damages equal to the additonal payments made over and above the $1. Hell, if I ws an ambulance chaser like the bar stewards are, I'd be dropping the futile TGA case and sitting in the Hayne Royal Commission every day...there's going to be plenty of actions once that is completed and against companies who are dead set culpable and who can pay.

Forager have now declared a substantial holding in TGA and no doubt they have studied the impact of the class action in quite some detail. I'm looking for a re-entry point. Happy to have exited at $1.18 but I want to recoup some small losses here.
