    am aware of the 2 substantials .....and did follow Miclyn a long time ago .......

    have previously thought that some sort of underwritten rights issue (subbed by the 2 above) would fix the bal sheet, followed by "new" management team ......then it would be a (very good) call option over oil prices / future industry activity .......

    will see how it plays out!!
