The contacts I have in the civil and hire industry informing me that it is this guy that is the endemic problem, apparently it is his interference with the successive management teams has led to the company being in this position, they tell that even though he was stood down he was still involved with the previous CEO constantly, he needs to look in the mirror.
Apparently, I am told, he has a bit of a rep for upsetting and burning everyone he deals with from customers, suppliers, the management teams he and finally business partners.

As I stated, this one has a nasty smell about it, glad I kept clear, will maybe look at again if they turn it around and if this guy has nothing to do with the day to day running.
