Mark Hooper has said that "it is likely to end in arbitration". There was also reference to the "exit of a non-compliant customer group" in the half-yearly update. Mark Hooper has not completely ruled out a potential compromise, which might explain why there has been no asx ann. but judging by those statements you'd have to think that CW are gone.
