Well IMO this news still tells us nothing of CW's intentions - are they playing a game to improve their negotiating position, or are they leaving in 2019, or is there a mystifying case to be argued here? Obviously mediation is in both parties interests over costly court time. I might give 50/40/10 to each being the case, except I don't know how feasible it would be for CW to build and supply their own warehouse etc - any knowledgeable comments on that would be appreciated.
