sad to see this happen. I sold out worried by the trading action earlier this month. Lobon this is a classic case of new directors covering themselves to ensure they can’t get blamed. It’s in their interests to not come back so they just blame the old management. Ironically the laws that ASX and ASIC set up to protect us little guys actually work the other way. I think they even know that cos no one cares about the little guy anymore.

It happened to me with Morningstar in Victoria nearly a decade ago now. CEO could not get support from his board to have another crack :-(
