You seem to have some fundamental confusion as to who was involved in the equity-for-debt swap and who wasn’t.
The “creditors who have just exchanged debt for equity” are current and former directors of the Company, not contractors or trade counterparties. The latter have always been paid in cash, as far as I am aware; if you believe that this is not the case, I invite you to provide evidence of that.
Therefore, until proven otherwise, your sentence “… (they) will want to go back to being paid in currency, not shares” is incorrect and misleading. And your statement that “you can’t run on debt” is out of order too, given that the Company is currently Free Cash Flow positive.
Yes, it is good to hear alternative opinions on a stock forum, but only as long as they are based on fact. I do try to provide documental and/or numerical evidence to every statement I make on these threads, so I would very much appreciate if you (and everyone else) made a similar effort.
