I think you're right chinesewhispers. My money is on a combination SPP & institutional raising. That would give every shareholder a chance to be involved if they so wish ( either 5k, 10k or 15k worth) and at the same time raise significant sums from institutions. To date not a lot of institutions outside QLD have WTP in their portfolios is my understanding, but with the generally upbeat (rumored) report recently by ABN Amro it should lead to a few new significant holders. The big question will be how much of a discount are they having to offer( 10 > 20%) ? The upside is it should bolster an already strong, well managed company in a sector that should experience terrific growth as the economy bounces back (eventually) & in the mean time benefit from Govt stimulus spending on schools etc.
