true jak, you will be getting some shares at significant discount. however, the stock is thinly traded so I wouldnt be surprised that it got down to near $1.25 once SPP comes online.
I'll be taking up the SPP, but I doubt the SP will hold up at its current level. It will be bought heavily with investors trying to get in on the SPP. But from past experiences with MAK & now QML, the SP soon collapsed with SPP sellers.
Hopefully I'm violently wrong.
