Arms,
I was under the impression AVO would have to wait 6 months to put another offer on the table. Also I am sure as you suggested most would have waited to the eleventh hour before excepting AVOs offer.
Nice timing by DIO directors. You would think they may have announced this during negotiations. Perhaps last ditch effort to stop DIO holders from selling up before closing date.
I hope for their sake it is something very special.
