Considering BOS sold 12 million shares at 0.001 each I'm not hopeful for the oil and gas product. Why sell at one cent when the SP is about to jump?

While it was a boost to get the cash, it must have been heartbreaking to sell down the company for one month's cash-flow, or a fraction of what Bos has been receiving in government grants over each of the past few years.

The idea has been put to me that the takeover/merger is a change of business. That is, the compounds don't work so let's do something else. Sure, BOS might do consulting on biofilms but that's not the blockbuster anti-bacterial I signed up for.

I don't know what sort of takeover you can effect with $120k. Maybe something in Indo?
