Not a good look.

What on earth is going on? Empire Investments causing their directors to quit BOS a week after appointing them is unnerving. Extremely bad form. BOS has been talking with advisors for months, and possibly with Empire for that time. Why the sudden change, what could have happened in the past week? New knowledge? A dispute over conditions or contracts?

By the way, I was wondering, who is paying the directors?

The original fellows were well qualified; I hope the next ones are too.

Maybe the merger/takeover is not working well and the new directors have busking skills instead. hahah

At least, at this stage, there is talk of replacements, but a dispute with your private equity partner is just trouble.

BOS is not even hinting at what the issue is.

This is just unbelievable. So disappointing.
