    BrisConnections Halted Ahead of Potential Approach (Update2)

    April 6 (Bloomberg) -- BrisConnections, the Australian road builder that’s tumbled 99.9 percent since its initial public offering in July, requested its shares be halted from trading in Sydney today ahead of a potential approach to unit holders.

    The company has received “material information” from one of its underwriters regarding a possible approach, it said today in a statement. Macquarie Group Ltd., Australia’s biggest investment bank, and Deutsche Bank AG are its underwriters.

    Bloomberg takes the announcement to mean one thing....TAKEOVER
