I’m not convinced Fresh Equities have any allocation or idea what is going on, suspect they search for trading halts and ask for bids and worry about getting an allocation later. No need for OEL to need to use Fresh Equity though I do respect their business model. Hope we find out tomorrow, fingers crossed for another Hill Corp deal
