How can they really price a cap raise with lightning reaults on that additional 180 feet pending? Usually one cap raises after good news and a share price run, has MA not read the basic play book...what are these guys up to.
I hope OEL isn’t falling into the trap of trying to grow too quickly when all that is required is patience and strategy execution.
