    Mate, they are upgrading a portion of the resource, not all 3000PJ.

    It could be that 1000PJ at 2C (roughly 1/3) is upgraded to 500PJ 2P and 500PJ 3P.

    We don't know the exact portion but the upgrade value should be good to say the least
