Stockbroker Blue Ocean Equities kicked off the equity raising on Tuesday morning, offering buyers 147 million new shares in a two-tranche placement.
New shares were priced at 6.8¢ each which was a premium to its last close of 6.3¢, according to terms sent to potential investors. Blue Ocean Equities was pitching as at a 2.1 per cent discount to the five day VWAP and a 5.1 per cent discount to the 30-day VWAP.
