1) They want to raise funds for fast expansion
2) The company do not want to issue shares at the normal vwap less discount mode as they feel that the company is worth much more than that.
3) They are not interested in taking the first price offered and want the best price
All IMO we will see what sort of management we have when the announcement comes out. Will they sell us short or will they get us a good deal.
There are a couple of Brokers who I don't want to see in the mix.
