    Sorry Tom it has nothing to do with how many shares you own. It’s a placement to Sophs/708s and how much they get allocated will depend on subscriber interest, how much they are bidding for and how big a insider/client/friend they are

    Note that there is speculation of strategic/cornerstone interest too I should mention
