Kafrit who is our customer and partner is a shareholder of SMX, and they are backing SMX LT for the commercial opportunity. They own ~1.31m shares.

This is a good financing model for SMX as these cornerstone partners are long term holders and customers. By corner-stoning a placement this ensures these customers will always have access to SMX' tech as a priority client and it also demonstrates that SMX tech is feasible and bleeding edge.

Who is being on-boarded I don't know. It would be good if SMX would advise the market after the placement is completed, who this partner is.

That said I would prefer Intel over BASF lol
