Cap raisings are inevitable for start-ups, might as well be at 50cents instead of 20cents to minimize the dilution though I am surprised they are only raising $3million. Usually, most companies raise more than their IPO listing or as much as they can in their early stages. Let’s see what Wednesday brings. I’ve only got a small position, might consider adding more at lower prices.
