It's a bit hard to deliver under the offtake agreement if you can't get access to the land. No access to the land would be no nothing zip. Would seem they now have to appeal the Feral Court decision. This will take time. Announcement on the offtake will be mixed up with where can we go from here. Quite possibly the uncertainty will leave CZL suspended for some time.
