It's not that hard to be a 708 investor these days, if you think that gives you some advantage over the HC posters like me, you have another thing coming. I have one.
Obviously having an 708 cert means you should have more brains to invest in junk so the company doesn't need a detailed prospectus saving them money.

This does not mean that the investment is any better, just shortcuts the process, and wouldn't fool an 708 like myself.

You think because you saw the deal, you have some advantage
