the ASX has recently been much more vigorous in their application of the listing rules - specifically in relation to early mining efforts (JORC, SS, PFS, DFS etc.).
I suspect there are some non-critical items that require clarification - or perhaps the ASX isn't happy with the OPEX explicitly excluding power costs etc.
A lot of spec companies are falling foul of the ASX with these types of announcements - but I would agree they be more vigilant in the future
