Mining costs imo $5-15 p/t, including blasting if required. Grade control should be extensive, lots of segregation and re-handling, Separating PAF from NAF (a big issue in waste storage).
Anyway just my estimate of mining opex, wether it be in house or contract Mine and Haul.
