Yes no one would complain about making money when your reason for buying a stock is to make money. I think the complaints are more about the mismanagement such as the schedule miscalculations by management and the changes to plans that were communicated and committed to, causing the loss of capital. Rather than the stock price itself. Not to mention budget bungles. I’m sure though, if the stock price continued to rise after IPO that there wouldn’t be complaints but rather praise for management.
