Not sure what people are referring to. The SPP was pulled and there was an obvious cap raise imminent. There was a small private placement at 15.5c in which the directors forked out funds.
So in essence if you held so far you knew this was on the cards. I think it was pretty good governance to can the SPP that had committed funds @ 15.5c.
No one was complaining when we rallied to 32c off the back of absolutely no news post IPO.
