an announcement could come out tomorrow, we don't have to wait till Friday. I felt like this is a deal they have planned already. it's a joint venture! not a surprised take over. so I suspect this could be a buying each others shares on market. they just need a day or two to sort out the legal paper works. both Laywers are busy at the moment, once the paper work is sorted if done by later on today, then tomorow by mid day. we will see a sp rise.
