Novel idea: Why not wait and see what's what, before bagging the deal and stating 'I'm out' or 'race for the door'.
I'm in and waiting to see what develops, I doubt that this deal, whatever it is, is all that is in the wings for EM1, but if that's all there is and it's as dodgy as suggested, why the large scale buying we've recently witnessed, no it doesn't add up - yet, IMO.
