A term sheet skips most of the formalities and lists deal terms in bullet-point or similar format and may be a proposal, not an agreed-to document. So once again IMO further high level negotiations will be required and so far Magnis hasn't been very successful at those in the past. Best of luck this time though!

Personally I wonder, how much if anything really gets disclosed, because I would fully expect to read something like, "negotiations are ongoing and are 'Commercial in Confidence'", meaning nothing must be disclose! But hey, I'm very much prepared to be pleasantly surprised when the announcement is made!
