Sdraja, in reality these "Finance Term sheets" don't appear to be worth much from a legal standpoint, here is one MNS had 4 years ago, it was supposed to be a "Binding Finance Term sheet" .
In the end it amounted to nothing anyway and MNS still waiting on funding source for Nachu.

4 years ago, how time flies, seems like just yesterday.
Anyway, hope this one works out better for holders, be interesting to see how much hype is generated over another finance term sheet.
