Could be NRE coming good on their funding agreement although considering the same issues as the previous failed funding agreements have resurfaced again thats doubtful.

This is an ultra high risk investment IMO with potential for large gains and losses over short timeframes and needs to be treated accordingly. Not for the faint hearted that's for sure.
