    tend to agree. the proposed acquisition touted in the annc i would gather must be of significance.

    if they weren't able to drum up interest based on the current assets at hand this new "acquisition" must be of interest or better value to someone. otherwise why even include it.

    hoping as you said it's something related to the existing portfolio
