they need to have any cap raising fully or almost fully underwritten.
If they dont they are seriously trying to push the proverbial up the mountian.
Its fine to do an aquistion if this is the case. obviously whatever institution os backing it is onboard.
But if its not underwritten and the aquisition is just some pie in the sky project with no relevance to what we already have on the table..... well you know what will happen.... no dice
