More land in Columbia with potential for large discoveries. The Andes merger is a surprise. Would have preferred getting cash for exploring Chuscal and doing a good job at that in the first place than this deal. The dilution is expected but not at such a large rate. MNC shareholders will get the right to vote on this deal and if there is enough people not happy enough with it, it may not get pushed through. Then who knows what will happen. If an alternative proposal could be put to management I'm sure they'd have considered it. Now that the deal is out in the open will it flush anyone else. Andes have a large ASX listed producer backing it, looking for its next big think in Sandfire. Wonder who will lead the geology exploration now the two companies are merging. Would have liked to see Nick name mentioned in the annoucement.
