Thanks for the responses - much appreciated.
Still not sure why NOV needed to raise these funds right now @ 21 cents, but obviously having the right structure / staff in place to get the banking licence is costing them some dollars.
Let's hope it doesn't put a stop to the recent positive SP action - but I suspect it might.
