Pearl Global Limited (ASX: PG1) (‘Pearl Global’ requests an immediate trading halt pursuant to
ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending the release of an announcement regarding details of a funding
agreement with a strategic investor. The trading halt is necessary to assist Pearl Global in
managing its continuous disclosure obligations.
Pearl Global requests that the trading halt remain in place until such time as it makes an
announcement to the market with details of the investment agreement but in any event not
beyond the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 13 March 2019.
Pearl Global is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any
further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
