Both parties would not bear having lockitt to deal with.
Pleasantly we still had over 600k cash and over 100k in receivables. Seems we did not get "sucked in" to overspending before the deal is done.

We can carry on negotiating with all parties involved and the patience will be rewarded.
I was in a state of panic under impression that 700k raised by dear Dr was blown away to the locals collecting rocks.
