Allens there will be an announcement of some sort. Friday was the last day of the extension. Consider it may have been signed at 14:00 hours Perth time which is 17:00 hours Melbourne time, how does an announcement get made to the ASX? Both companies are HQed in Perth and the ASX is long closed for the weekend. Everyone needs to give some thought to the logistics of this.
