    I don't think 6.5c will put a floor on the price. How long will $2m cap raise last them> another 3 months. Then another cap raise after that...unless management can execute and deliver some very good news to the market that will re-rate the stock in 3 months time, it will drift lower. 6.5c is at a massive discount and the market won't like it.
