Healthy balance sheet is really important to catch big fish in business world.

Also keep in mind the comments in last quarterly "Sensera will continue to consider opportunities to optimize its capital structure through infusions of credit to fund broader working capital needs, potential accretive acquisitions and strategic product development to accelerate the Company’s growth and profitability."

Here in my opinion,flagging potential accretive acquisitions should not be coincidental. For the coming capital raise,I would bet on some for working capital and more for acquisitions.
