Yea I mean you will always anger some loyal customers in brand/product changes which is needed to roll out nationally. The question is do you trust they have executed it well or do you think they are botching it. A2 did a good changeover in their labelling/product while BAL seems to have botched it a little.
Also raising at $0.20 doesn't imply they have managed the process well at all.
