It's the milk range that seems to be causing the issue. A couple of things though. Milk packaging is the primary concern and that is being addressed with the return of the original packaging by end of March. The reviews are from SA where the brand has been based for years. Some folks aren't good with change. The slight sales decline in that market has been overcome with increased pricing, as per today's presentation. Several of the "reviews" are actually fake if you look at them (like most on social media) and are likely competitors and others with an exe to grind. Paris Creek is set to become a national and international brands with expansion into nutrition, which includes milk powders.
